ORDER TIMELINE
Our company handcrafts all products within 1-5 business days.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Ready-Made vs. Custom Made
Check the description carefully to understand if a product is ready-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade (custom made).
Both are handmade but the ready-made is shipment ready while the custom made order products take 3-5 days to be created for you.
HANDMADE DISCLAIMER
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Care for your new product(s) by:
* Treating them very gently.
* It’s best to keep it dry, so try to keep it out of the rain, pool, shower, way from perfume, lotion you get the idea.
If you know you’ll be doing any rough activities, it’s best to remove any of your jewelry to keep it safe.
* Keeping your jewelry box or even a little zip bag, out of the air to avoid any tarnishing or discoloration, will help keep it clean longer.
You can use a gentle jewelry cloth to keep your sterling silver clean and shiny too!
* Keep your Stretch jewelry longer by rolling it on and not stretching it open to put it on your wrist.
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* Kept on while sleeping, in the rain, pool, shower, sprayed with perfume, in contact with lotion, you get the idea.
If you doing any rough activities, it’s best to remove any of your jewelry to keep it safe so it does not break.
*Always be gentle when handling the jewelry to be sure parts or pieces do not break.

Cost calculations
We offer free shipping on all USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL orders.
We offer a low flat-rate of 7.65 for USPS DOMESTIC PRIORITY MAIL.
Timeline
After the processing time of 1-3 business days, an estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days with First Class Mail depending on your location.
For Domestic Priority Mail, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on your location.
This time does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are “close” but not guaranteed – as a number of
factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands ( such as weather, the holiday season, etc ).
For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by USPS.
RETURNS
For hygiene purposes, I cannot accept returns. This is for all orders including custom orders.
If the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us first, by going to the Contact Us page and we will work it out.

Components in jewelry may contain small amounts of lead. Small pieces can be a choking hazard to children.
This jewelry is not intended for or meant to be played with or handled by children.
Please keep your jewelry away from the kids in a safe place to avoid any problems.
Swarovski Crystals are leaded crystals. They contain a small amount of lead which should be handled with care.
After handling Swarovski Crystals, wash your hands, please do not put them in your mouth or ingest them and
please keep them away from children.
