I cannot accept returns for hygiene purposes only. Each piece is untouched by others so it stays clean just for you. This is for all orders including custom orders. If the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us first, by going to the Contact Us page and we will work it out together.

Your sweet Paw Blessings’ jewelry will be carefully wrapped in a gift box with a bow and ready for gifting. Multiple pieces will be wrapped together when possible. If you’d like them in individual boxes for gifts, please let me know in the “Order Notes” at the bottom of the page during checkout.

Your jewelry needs to be cared for and treated gently – just like fur babies.

Any sterling silver or silver jewelry can be kept in a zip lock bag, out of the air to avoid any tarnishing or discoloration.

It’s best to keep it dry, so try to keep it out of the rain, pool, shower, way from perfume, lotion you get the idea. If you know you’ll be doing any rough activities, it’s best to remove any of your jewelry to keep it safe.

You can use a gentle jewelry cloth to keep your sterling silver clean and shiny too!

Keeping your jewelry box or even a little zip bag will help keep it clean longer.

Keep your Stretch jewelry longer by rolling it on and not stretching it open to put it on your wrist.
